Throughout the year I am hired to provide piano music for many wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships in the Hampshire area. I know quite a few pianists in Hampshire and we all seem to get plenty of work here. The county has many venues: many of which have a military or naval connection. Hampshires venues include ships and museums in coastal cities like Southampton and Portsmouth to hotels and historic buildings in towns and cities such as Bournemouth and Winchester. I am hired as a pianist for many different kinds of events, but most of the time I am asked to provide music for weddings.
Although I’m mostly hired in this area for civil ceremonies – I can provide music for every part of your special day. A lot of couples like to have classical piano music for the ceremony followed by music from other genres for the rest of the day. Fortunately I play many different styles of music including jazz, swing, blues, rock, pop, classical, latin and even sing-a-long.
